Hoenle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 cet effet une large gamme de colles sp\u00e9cialement formul\u00e9es qui r\u00e9pondent aux exigences strictes impos\u00e9es par les fabricants de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux. Afin de pouvoir fournir une solution de collage compl\u00e8te, Hoenle s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9 au fabricant d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements de dosage Atlas Copco (anciennement Scheugenpflug). Plusieurs gammes de viscosit\u00e9 sont disponibles afin de s&rsquo;adapter au mieux \u00e0 la configuration des composants et au processus d&rsquo;assemblage. Des versions fluorescentes sont disponibles pour am\u00e9liorer le contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de syst\u00e8mes de vision en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>Ce groupe comprend \u00e9galement des colles \u00e9lectriquement conductrices et des \u00e9poxy thermodurcissables conventionnels. Ils offrent des solutions de connectivit\u00e9 et de fixation pour l&rsquo;assemblage de circuits imprim\u00e9s et de composants \u00e9lectriques. Plusieurs \u00e9poxy sont disponibles avec une puret\u00e9 ionique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, essentielle pour minimiser le risque de corrosion sur les circuits imprim\u00e9s. Les colles \u00e9lectriquement conductrices remplies d&rsquo;argent de Hoenle peuvent souvent remplacer les joints de soudure ou \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es sur des appareils portables pliables ou flexibles.<\/p>\n<p>Une distribution pr\u00e9cise et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re de la colle est indispensable lors de l&rsquo;assemblage d&rsquo;appareils m\u00e9dicaux. Pour les petits volumes de distribution, le meilleur choix est la t\u00eate de microdistribution haute pr\u00e9cision DosPL DPL2001 de Scheugenpflug, qui fait partie du groupe Atlas Copco. Elle permet une application tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise des colles, m\u00eame pour les plus petits volumes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;ordre du \u00b5l. Cela permet de r\u00e9gler de mani\u00e8re fiable les glob tops \u00e0 0,003 ml, d&rsquo;obtenir une pr\u00e9cision de distribution inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,5 % et de tracer les lignes les plus fines sur le bo\u00eetier en plastique avec un d\u00e9marrage et un arr\u00eat pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>La t\u00eate de distribution fonctionne selon le principe de la distribution volum\u00e9trique. Un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le d\u00e9tecte de mani\u00e8re fiable les fluctuations de viscosit\u00e9 et garantit une pr\u00e9cision \u00e9lev\u00e9e et constante du contour de collage.<\/p>\n<p>La polym\u00e9risation ou la polym\u00e9risation des colles UV acryliques et \u00e9poxy de Hoenle peut \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en quelques secondes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur composition unique. Les syst\u00e8mes de polym\u00e9risation LED de Hoenle permettent une optimisation maximale du processus de polym\u00e9risation. Cela garantit un cycle de polym\u00e9risation le plus court possible et un rendement maximal. Dans le concept de syst\u00e8me test\u00e9, le LED Spot 40 IC de Hoenle, avec une longueur d&rsquo;onde de 405 nm, a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9. Ce concept de syst\u00e8me int\u00e9gr\u00e9 garantit que le processus de collage est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 selon les normes de qualit\u00e9 les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et avec la plus grande efficacit\u00e9.
