La colle est aussi plus souple que la soudure et r\u00e9siste mieux aux vibrations. Nos colles conductrices sont exemptes de plomb et de solvant.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe deux types de colles conductrices d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 : isotrope et anisotrope.<br \/>\nLa colle conductrice isotrope (ICA) est \u00e9lectriquement conductrice dans toutes les directions.<br \/>\nElle est utilis\u00e9e pour des applications telles que le collage de puce contact et le collage de composants CMS.<br \/>\nLa colle conductrice Anisotrope (ACA) : contient des particules conductrices sp\u00e9cifiques, qui conduit l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans une seule direction. Cette colle est utilis\u00e9e dans de nombreuses structures sensibles sur les circuits, comme les connexions LCD, PCB flexibles, ou pour le collage des structures d&rsquo;antennes RFID.<\/p>\n<p>Avec Utilis\u00e9e, par exemple, en collage de cavit\u00e9 sur des dissipateurs thermiques, leur conductivit\u00e9 r\u00e9duit les contraintes thermiques pour \u00e9viter les pertes de performance ou la d\u00e9faillance de certains composants \u00e9lectroniques.
