De nombreuses colles polym\u00e9risent aux UV, ce qui n\u00e9cessite l&rsquo;utilisation de mat\u00e9riaux transparents et perm\u00e9ables aux UV. Pour les plastiques qui bloquent la lumi\u00e8re UV, tels que les polycarbonates, le durcissement par LED \u00e0 ondes longues est recommand\u00e9. Toutes les colles pour le collage de l\u2019aiguille pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans le tableau ci-dessous peuvent \u00eatre polym\u00e9ris\u00e9es avec des LED.<\/p>\n<p>Le design de l\u2019embout joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le important : il d\u00e9termine si on doit utiliser une colle fluide par capillarit\u00e9 ou une colle \u00e9paisse capable de combler du jeu. Dans certains cas, la tige de l&rsquo;aiguille doit \u00eatre con\u00e7ue avec des rainures pour fournir un ancrage suppl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 la colle.<\/p>\n<p>Nous proposons des colles appropri\u00e9es au collage des aiguilles en acier inoxydable pour des seringues en verre et des canules en acier inoxydable pour des seringues en plastique tel que le PC, le PVC, le ABS ou le PP. Toutes nos colles recommand\u00e9es pour l\u2019assemblage des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux sont sans solvant et certifi\u00e9es USP Classe IV et\/ou ISO 10993.
